That sounds horrible Talira - I feel your pain! Extremities hurt like crazy. Do you know what caused the blister in the first place? Were you jogging or running, or walking in shoes that hurt you?

Hope the doc can sort things for you with a plan.

Sinus is also awful - lots of people here get it at the change of seasons, including me. Have you tried a salt water spray?

The doc gave me the OK to go swimming again, but to be honest, I think that's probably where I picked up the infection. The bottom of the pool is very rough, perhaps I cut myself. Until my toe heals, I'll have to wear my beach shoes when I'm at the pool.


Not sure what caused the first blister, but I got the second one from my shoes. I was born with a condition called "club feet", so it's difficult to find shoes that fit and are comfortable. It will be interesting to see what the podiatrist says.
