Swimming with sharks

Given the opportunity, would you go swimming with sharks?

Re:

This place has closed down now, but a few years ago my mum took me to the Australian Shark and Ray Centre. It was a quiet day, we were the only visitors. Basically, you'd hire a wetsuit, buy a few cups of prawns then jump in the pools where you could touch and feed sharks and rays of various sizes. Since the place was so quiet and the staff weren't incredibly busy, we were allowed in all the pools, which meant the unforgettable chance to meet 'Gigantor', a 3-metre Tawny Nurse shark.

No, not much of a fan of sharks.

I went swimming with the dolphins in Mexico and loved that though! emoticon

I do think that in those types of places the sharks are doped up the eye balls and not as they would be in the wild ocean , i would swim with them if they could actually invent a cage that is 100% shark proof!

Re:

No thank you! There are companies here who make money out of taking people down in cages, but they're cruel in my opinion. Swimming with dolphins, in a good environment where the animals are not maltreated and free to join if they want to, is amazing! Did that in the Keys a few years ago; wonderful therapy too for children who are mentally challenged in any way.
